Persistent has introduced a new approach to email search - Context-based search. It uses a combination of attributes available in email messages to find just what you’re looking for. It uses:

• Keywords (in various email headers and body)
• People or email address used in email conversations
• Cardinality (number of people involved) in conversations
• Domains (after the @ sign in) involved in conversations
• Date ranges for conversations
• Parameters used in previous searches
• Attachment names, types, etc
