The Java Competency Center consists of a team of individuals with about 200 person years of industrial experience in totality. The team is organized around customers, technologies and domains we work with. The core team works on a consulting basis and is not allocated full time to any projects. The core team lays down the vision for the Java Competency Center. The other team members consult out to client teams for short term (2-3 months) assignments. The assignments could be onsite or offshore, building a product from scratch, redesigning, helping with end of life products and host of other combinations. Total customer satisfaction through technological solutions is our forte.
