Persistent’s customers have products in varying phases of maturity and for each phase of the software product life-cycle, we provide customized innovation, services, and business models appropriate for the product at that phase. Our well-defined service offerings address our customer’s specific needs in the context of each maturity cycle, thus ensuring optimal and efficient utilization of available resources.

In the early market phase, we provide Go-To-Live,research and product development services. These services are designed to help our customers reduce costs and create a fully integrated product. For our customers in the growth phase, we provide product engineering services in addition to our other service offerings. Our customers in the mature market phase generally need customer specific enhancements, professional services and deployment services, while our customers in the declining market phase come to us for assistance with customer support migration and refactoring. We also provide a variety of services to our customers as their product offerings reaches the end-of-life phase, such as customer support and migration assistance to the next product version.
